Flamod® | Ringlock Type Rosette 
Facade Scaffolding Systems 

Flamod Ringlock Type safe scaffolding system is a scaffolding system designed and produced in Turkey according to EN 12810-1, EN 12810-2, EN 12811-1 and EN 12811-2 standards. Flamod safe scaffolding system is a ringlock type rosette scaffolding system that can be used as stair tower, facade scaffolding and formwork scaffolding and can offer flexible project solutions. The assembly and disassembly of the Flomod scaffolding system, which can easily adapt to all kinds of application areas, is very simple and practical. It is a scaffolding system that can be easily used in different architectural structures such as square, rectangular and circular and in areas with recessed facades.

System Features:
» Vertical load bearing components of the system are equipped with flanges with 8 mm wall thickness, at intervals of 50 cm.
» Dovetail elements with length values between 50 and 300 cm are used as horizontal members of the system.
» Two wooden or metal platforms are used for every single module of the system.
» Metal stairs used in the Flamod scaffolding system provide both easy and safe access between different working levels.
» The system is assembled on adjustable-height base supports.
» The distance between the scaffolding and the facade can be adjusted, and the system is anchored to the building facade by use of special fasteners.
» The whole system is TSE certified and built of tubes with mechanical conformity tests.  
» All main vertical load bearing members and horizontal members of the system are built of Ø48x3 mmsteel industrial tubes.
» Welded joints are formed by certified welding operators with inert-gas welding.
