Access Scaffolding / Stair Tower Scaffolding Systems

Flamod Scaffolding System is a Ringlock Type access stair tower scaffolding system. It is a scaffolding system with wide stairs and a statically strong carrier system that provides safe walking, descent and climbing to deep foundation excavation areas and high-rise buildings in metro, residential and industrial projects. Flamod Stair Tower Scaffolding System is a EN certified scaffolding designed and produced in accordance with EN 12810-1, EN 12810-2, EN 12811-1 and EN 12811-2 standards. While the stair tower can be used individually, it can also be integrated with facade scaffolding, industrial scaffolding and modular scaffolding to provide comfortable climbing for personnel.

Material Properties
All scaffolding components are built of industrial tubes that are made of S235JR structural steel (yield strength 235 MPa) conforming to the DIN 2394, TS EN 10305-3 and TS EN 10219-1/2 standards.

Load Class
The stair tower system was designed in accordance with load class 4 of the TS EN 12811-1 standard, schedule 3. Service load on the working area is accepted to be 3 kN/m2 (300 kg/m2). Scaffolding platforms are not allowed to carry loads higher than 300 kg/m2. In addition, any single load heavier than 300 kg cannot be applied on an area smaller than 50cmx50cm, and any single load heavier than 100 kg cannot be applied on an area smaller than 20cmx20cm.
