Industrial Scaffolding Systems 

Flamod Ringlock Type safety scaffolding system is a scaffolding system with TSE (Turkish Standardization Institute) Certificate designed and produced according to EN 12810-1, EN 12810-2, EN 12811-1 and EN 12811-2 standards.

It can be easily used in many different projects such as industrial projects, power plants, shipbuilding and petrochemical refineries. The flexible assembly feature of the Flamod scaffolding system, the harmonious operation of different elements and the ability to be easily mounted to the system from different angles, the rigidity of the system with its strong flange and wedge lock structure, etc. Many factors make the Flamod scaffolding system stand out.

Flamod Flanged Type Volume Scaffolding is a working scaffolding system that can stand upright with its own modular structure up to a certain height, without anchorage or façade connection. Area of use: stage systems, industrial facilities, construction etc. It is used in structures that need to be built in volume, such as

System Features:
» Vertical load bearing components of the system are equipped with flanges with 8 mm wall thickness, at intervals of 50 cm.
» Dovetail elements with length values between 50 and 300 cm are used as horizontal members of the system.
» Two wooden or metal platforms are used for every single module of the system.
» Metal stairs used in the Flamod scaffolding system provide both easy and safe access between different working levels. 
» The system is assembled on adjustable-height base supports.
» The distance between the scaffolding and the facade can be adjusted, and the system is anchored to the building facade by use of special fasteners. 
» The whole system is TSE certified and built of tubes with mechanical conformity tests.  
» All main vertical load bearing members and horizontal members of the system are built of Ø48x3 mmsteel industrial tubes.
» Welded joints are formed by certified welding operators with inert-gas welding.
